HCSA Opposes Parking Tax Increase

The HCSA Board issued a letter to Baltimore City Council President Young stating its opposition to the proposed parking tax increase. The HCSA Board feels that an increased parking tax will restrict commerce and development within areas like the Historic Charles Street district that rely on parking facilities by deterring visitors and businesses from coming to the area.  For HCSA members who wish to receive a copy of this letter, please contact michele@charlesstreet.net or call 410-332-4144.
